Seller has all monthly subscription and One time payment methods. If Buyer sign up for Monthly subscription, then the agreement of delivery should be within 30 days and buyer will eligible for refund if does not get promised deliverable or results after 30 days of campaign.
For One time payment, If Buyer is not happy with the results after delivery, then he can ask for refund or additional time frame to complete the task.
Seller won’t responsible for refund if buyer didn’t allow seller to complete the campaign or ask/charge back for refund before agreed timeline to deliver the work. Seller won’t responsible for refund if buyer allow multiple agencies to work at a time on the website.
Seller won’t be responsible if buyer didn’t provide all necessary input about the campaign.
If buyer has signed up for subscription/Recurring payment through PayPal/credit Card and after the subscription payment has received to seller and buyer wanted to cancel the subscription or refund the payment, then buyer has to apply within 24 hours of the payment date/Subscription date.
Seller won’t refund the recurring payment after 24 hours of payment received as seller must have assigned the task and used the resources and man hours for the project.
